How to create the conference your company needs

Hosting a conference is a BIG investment of not just money, it takes time, people and emotion to make sure it happens. Businesses often rely on internal people to ‘get the ball rolling’ or even put the ‘whole show’ together. Questions to ask yourselves before you put on an event:

- Assess management abilities.
- What are the main objectives for the event?
- What are the key messages to share with the delegates and what do you want them to do with the information afterwards?
- How will you check that the objectives have been met and are being acted upon positively after the event?
- Are the speakers aware that every delegate has a different way of retaining information and if so how are they going to send their message to achieve retention?
- What is the theme for the event and why?
